Photography & Social Media Policy
Last updated: May 2026
We love seeing our food and restaurant shared on social media, and we encourage guests to capture and share their Karan-An experience. This policy outlines how we ask guests to be respectful of our team, our space, and other diners.
Personal Photography
Guests are welcome to photograph their food, drinks, and dining experience for personal use and social media sharing. We ask that you be considerate of other guests when taking photos — please avoid using flash photography in a way that may disturb those around you, and respect the privacy of fellow diners.
Tagging & Sharing
If you share photos or videos from your visit, we would love to see them! Please tag us:
-
Instagram: @karanantoowoomba
-
Facebook: Karan-An Filipino Restaurant
By tagging us, you give us permission to repost your content on our own social media channels. We will always credit you when sharing your photos.
Commercial & Professional Photography
Any professional photography, videography, or content creation for commercial purposes must be arranged with us in advance. Please contact us at karan.an.twba@gmail.com to discuss your requirements before your visit.
Staff & Team Members
We ask that guests do not photograph or film our staff without their consent. Our team works hard to create a welcoming experience and we ask that their privacy be respected.
Influencer & Media Visits
If you are a food blogger, influencer, or media representative and would like to visit for a review or content shoot, please reach out to us ahead of time. We are happy to discuss hosted visits and collaborations that work for both parties.
General Courtesy
We ask all guests to be mindful that Karan-An is a shared dining space. Extended photo sessions that occupy tables during busy service periods may not always be possible, and we appreciate your understanding on this.
